Check-in for Flamefest 2010 will be at the Holiday Inn, 3220 Craig Drive, McKinney, TX 75070 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 17.

1 A copy to turn in of your official "Spring 2010" roster along with any Add/Transfer/Delete forms you may have (Academy teams must have official "Academy Roster" which is specific to this tournament).  If the player is not on your roster, they cannot play.  All rosters must have head coach and home association signatures. 

1b Academy Teams Only - Signed Academy Player's Registration Form for each player signed by their home association registrar.  We doe not need copies, just need to verify that you have them.

2 Notarized medical releases for all players including guest players. We do not need copies, just need to verify that you have them. Please have them in alphabetical order to make the registration process easier for all. Do not fax or mail these, we only need to see them at team check in.

3 Travel roster, permit, and player ID cards for teams outside NTSSA only.

4 Guest player release forms will be accepted at team check in and MUST INCLUDE ALL APPROPRIATE SIGNATURES.  This is a must and those that are not complete will not be allowed to play.  Player registration numbers must be on each form.  NO GUEST PLAYERS WILL BE ALLOWED THAT HAS MISSING INFORMATION SO DO NOT ASK.  One of the biggest issues of all is non-rostered players.  A non rostered player must register as a Member at Large through their home association before you can have them guest play.  Their home association will have to sign off on the GPR form as their releasing coach.  Original GPR form is to be turned in at team check in, make an extra copy for your files.

5 Flamefest Game Report - will need to have 6 copies completed with team roster.  Need to include jersey numbers for all players.  Each coach or manager will have to turn into tournament tent after each game.
